HFMD do virus Coxsackie (A16) g\u00e2y ra th\u01b0\u1eddng nh\u1eb9 v\u00e0 tr\u1ebb em s\u1ebd t\u1ef1 kh\u1ecfi sau b\u1ea3y \u0111\u1ebfn 10 ng\u00e0y. \u0110\u00f4i khi b\u1ec7nh c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 k\u00e9o d\u00e0i h\u01a1n m\u1ed9t ch\u00fat nh\u01b0ng bi\u1ebfn ch\u1ee9ng nghi\u00eam tr\u1ecdng r\u1ea5t hi\u1ebfm g\u1eb7p. B\u1ec7nh HFMD do EV71 g\u00e2y ra c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 nghi\u00eam tr\u1ecdng h\u01a1n v\u1edbi c\u00e1c bi\u1ebfn ch\u1ee9ng \u0111\u00f4i khi r\u1ea5t nghi\u00eam tr\u1ecdng. C\u00e1c bi\u1ebfn ch\u1ee9ng ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn nh\u1ea5t l\u00e0 th\u1ea7n kinh (vi\u00eam m\u00e0ng n\u00e3o v\u00f4 khu\u1ea9n, vi\u00eam n\u00e3o, li\u1ec7t\u2026), nh\u01b0ng may m\u1eafn l\u00e0 nh\u1eefng bi\u1ebfn ch\u1ee9ng n\u00e0y r\u1ea5t hi\u1ebfm g\u1eb7p.<\/p>\n

Virus c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ecm th\u1ea5y trong d\u1ecbch ti\u1ebft m\u0169i, n\u01b0\u1edbc b\u1ecdt, d\u1ecbch trong v\u1ebft lo\u00e9t v\u00e0 ph\u00e2n. HFMD l\u00e2y lan qua ti\u1ebfp x\u00fac g\u1ea7n, ho v\u00e0 h\u1eaft h\u01a1i, ho\u1eb7c ch\u1ea1m v\u00e0o c\u00e1c v\u1eadt th\u1ec3 v\u00e0 b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t \u0111\u00e3 b\u1ecb nhi\u1ec5m virus. M\u1ed9t ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u1ec5 l\u00e2y nhi\u1ec5m nh\u1ea5t trong tu\u1ea7n \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean sau khi xu\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7n tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng. Sau khi h\u1ed3i ph\u1ee5c, virus c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 t\u1ed3n t\u1ea1i trong c\u01a1 th\u1ec3 trong nhi\u1ec1u tu\u1ea7n, ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 tr\u1ebb v\u1eabn c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e2y b\u1ec7nh. Nh\u1eefng tr\u1ebb kh\u00e1c c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 kh\u00f4ng bi\u1ec3u hi\u1ec7n b\u1ea5t k\u1ef3 tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng n\u00e0o nh\u01b0ng ch\u00fang v\u1eabn c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n virus cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi kh\u00e1c.<\/p>\n

Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb l\u00e0 g\u00ec?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 n\u00e0o cho HFMD. Gi\u1ea3m s\u1ed1t v\u00e0 \u0111au b\u1eb1ng paracetamol ibuprofen. KH\u00d4NG BAO GI\u1edc s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng aspirin cho tr\u1ebb em d\u01b0\u1edbi 18 tu\u1ed5i. \u1ede tr\u1ebb em, aspirin c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 g\u00e2y ra t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng nghi\u00eam tr\u1ecdng g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 h\u1ed9i ch\u1ee9ng Reye.<\/p>\n

\u0110i\u1ec1u quan tr\u1ecdng l\u00e0 con b\u1ea1n ph\u1ea3i u\u1ed1ng \u0111\u1ee7 n\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0 dinh d\u01b0\u1ee1ng \u0111\u1ec3 ng\u0103n ng\u1eeba m\u1ea5t n\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0 h\u1ea1 \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng huy\u1ebft. N\u1ebfu b\u1ea1n \u0111ang cho con b\u00fa, b\u1ea1n c\u1ea7n t\u0103ng t\u1ea7n su\u1ea5t. \u1ede tr\u1ebb l\u1edbn h\u01a1n, h\u00e3y tr\u00e1nh nh\u1eefng th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m g\u00e2y \u0111au.
